He became a partner in a national recruiting firm where he was twice honored as a Board of Directors Performer for being the #4 revenue producer nationally in 1988 and #6 in 1989. As a CPA he founded, merged, grew and sold a successful business consulting and accounting practice that he operated for 12 years.
