You need to know the same.  I believe in your sales approach, I like your material, You have good personal values, and I believe your material has made a positive difference in my business (closed $350K in new business this last week).
 
I lost a $30k deal to a gal who turned out to be a price buyer.  If I had a better grip on your material, possibly that wouldn't have happened.
